Sanofi Genzyme affiliates acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring that a Hospitality Agreement will be established with invited HCP(s) covering all hospitality costs. All their local costs e.g. flights and the Sanofi Genzyme Europe provided costs e.g. accommodation, catering, etc.,and they will report the transfers of value accordingly, post event, based on local rules, in preparation for disclose in the following year’s transparency/TOV report.

A detailed summary of expected hospitality costs for participants will soon follow. 


Sanofi Genzyme Affiliates

Genzyme Affiliates are responsible for making travel arrangements and airport-hotel round trip for participants attending these meetings. The Steigenberger Airport Hotel provides free shuttle between the airport and hotel. The Hotel Shuttle service leaves approximately every 30 minutes.

Sanofi Genzyme Europe will provide the following hospitality costs for participants who attend the 8th Steps Forward in Pompe Disease symposium as summarised below:

Accommodation:
The cost of the room per night per person (single occupancy) at the Steigenberger hotel Schiphol is: 129 Euro including breakfast excl. taxes. Sanofi Genzyme Europe will pay for a maximum of 2 nights per person. Any other nights needed by the participants should be paid by credit card directly with the hotel or per PO.
