The Meeting package covers:
- the nights of Thursday 10 November and Friday 11 November (2 nights)
- Transfers to and from the venue from Schiphol Airport to hotel and return only for speakers
- Food and beverages during the meeting programme
The bedroom rate is €129 including american breakfast, exc 6%VAT per room,per night.
Accommodation will be sponsored for a maximum of 2 nights only per person.
Extra expenses
Please note that while the meeting sponsor will cover your overnight accommodation cost on November 10 and 11, you will be responsible for paying any extra personal costs incurred (such as room service, wifi, mini-bar, etc) direct to the hotel at the time of check-out. Therefore the hotel will request a copy of your credit card as part of the check-in process.
Schedule
A buffet lunch will be available between 12.00 - 13.00 hours.
The meeting will begin at 13:00 hours on Friday 11 November and will end on Saturday 12 November around 15.30 hours.
- Please ensure your flight arrives in to Schiphol no later than 10:30 hours on Friday 11 November.
- All departure flights must not leave Schiphol before 17:30 hours on Saturday 12 November to allow time to transfer to the airport and check in.
- Transfers - The Steigenberger hotel has a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and back. Please make your way to the free shuttle service to reach the hotel. No further transfers from the airport to the hotel will be organized
Pre-travel Information
You will receive a pre-travel email communication with useful logistic information approximately 10 days before the start of the meeting.
Language
All symposium sessions will be in English. There will be no simultaneous translation.
Registration
Please register your invited delegates wishing to participate in this symposium yourself.
PLEASE NOTE that the registration deadline is Friday 14 October 2016. It will still be possible to make modifications to registered delegates up to Wednesday 19 October 2016.
Upon arrival at the hotel, please proceed to the Welcome & Information Desk to receive your registration package.
Passports and visas
Entry to the Netherlands is granted to all foreigners possessing valid travel documents. Participants requiring a visa are kindly requested to contact the nearest Dutch embassy or consulate on time. Dutch embassy’s around the world have a list with all nationalities that require a visa to enter the country.
