RISING GENERATION AWARD 2014

THE AWARD

The Rising Generation Award offers the opportunity for individuals to showcase their success in the retirement living industry and to be recognised by their peers.

The Rising Generation Award reflects the industry’s commitment for supporting the next generation of leaders and demonstrates the important contribution this industry makes to the Australian economy.

The Rising Generation Award promotes a clear message to the community of the retirement living industry’s commitment to the future; and its constant driver towards improvement and best practice.

The winner will be awarded at the Retirement Living Summit 2014 for utmost industry exposure and of course from their peers.

ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES

The Rising Generation Award is open to members of the Property Council of Australia working within the retirement living industry, for at least twelve months. Nominees are:

 Under the age of 30 years; or

 Between 30 and 40 years and have worked within the industry for less than five years.

THE WINNER

The winner will be a person who displays innovation and leadership in their work, and upholds the values of the industry.

NOMINATION PROCESS

Entries are invited from senior managers working in the retirement living industry who wish to nominate a rising star.

JUDGING PROCESS

A panel of judges, comprising of representatives from the retirement living and recruitment industries, will review all nominations.

 Stage 1: Five semi-finalists will be selected from those nominated;

 Stage 2: Three finalists will be selected from the outcome of Stage 1 and interviewed;

 Stage 3: The winner will be announced at the National Retirement Living Summit on 19 November 2014.
