* All registered guests must be a business partner, spouse or significant other; prospects or other Consultants are not eligible to be registered as guests

REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY

The following refund policy will apply to all registration types:

By July 20, 2016: Rodan + Fields will refund 100% of the registration fee for refund requests received by 11:59 p.m. PDT on Wednesday, July 20, 2016
July 21 - August 24, 2016: Rodan + Fields will refund 50% of the Registration fee for refund requests received between 12:00 a.m. PDT on July 21, 2016 and 11:59 p.m. PDT on August 24, 2016
After August 24, 2016: No refunds will be given after 11:59 p.m. PDT on Wednesday, August 24, 2016

Cancellations must be made by logging into your registration and canceling your registration, or by submitting your request in writing to convention2016@rodanandfields.com.

If a refund is granted, your credit card will be refunded the amount due as long as the cancellation occurred within 120 days of the registration date. If cancelling after 120 days of registering, a check refund will be mailed to you within 6-8 weeks. Due to credit card policy, an online refund cannot be processed for a transaction that occurred over 120 days.

Any Consultant or guest who does not attend Convention 2016 and did not cancel their registration will be considered a "no-show." No-shows will not receive any type of refund, training, registration materials, or other items distributed by Rodan + Fields at Convention.

HOTEL REFUND POLICY

The deadline to cancel your hotel reservation is Wednesday, July 20, 2016. Rodan + Fields will refund 100% of the hotel deposit for cancellation requests received by 11:59 p.m. PDT on Wednesday, July 20, 2016. Cancellations after that date will not receive a refund for the hotel deposit. Hotel reservations are non-transferable except in the case that you are cancelling your registration and your existing roommate will maintain the reservation. To submit the hotel transfer request to your roommate, please e-mail convention2016@rodanandfields.com with your registration confirmation number and the registration confirmation number for your roommate. When transferring a hotel reservation, no new payment for the deposit will be accepted. All payments will be left on the original credit card used for the hotel deposit. Both parties are personally responsible for any exchange in payments. No exceptions will be made.
