Frequently Asked Questions

All attendees should plan to arrive in Las Vegas for on-site registration, the Opening General Session and breakout sessions by Thursday morning, October 6, 2016. The Opening General Session will commence on Thursday afternoon, October 6, 2016. Registration will be open Wednesday – Saturday.

The R+F room block is currently sold out. If you are in need of a hotel room, please click here to utilize an outside booking tool to see nearby hotel availability. Please be aware that this booking website displays hotel availability outside of the R+F room block. Any hotel reservations made within this booking website are not protected by R+F and will not be reflected within your Convention registration confirmation.

Rooms are limited and in high demand. Due to the number of last minute cancellations experienced during past Conventions, a refundable deposit in the amount of your first night’s room rate plus tax is now required in order to reserve a hotel room at the host hotel. The deposit will be applied to your reservation and you will pay the remaining balance at check out. Deposits will become non-refundable after the cancellation deadline of July 20, 2016.

If you are planning to share a room with another Consultant, we encourage you to finalize your roommate plans as soon as possible.

The last day to cancel your hotel reservation and receive a refund for your hotel deposit is July 20, 2016. After July 20, you will not receive a refund for cancelling your reservation. If a refund is granted, your credit card will be refunded the amount due as long as the cancellation occurred within 120 days of the registration date. If cancelling after 120 days of reserving your room, a check refund will be mailed to you within 6-8 weeks (due to credit card policy, an online refund cannot be processed for a transaction over 120 days).

Due to the demand for rooms, we request that you cancel your reservation as soon as possible so that attendees on the waitlist can be accommodated.

Due to the number of Convention attendees who wish to reserve a hotel room at the R+F rate and the limited number of rooms available, each registrant is able to reserve only one hotel room.

Hotel reservations are non-transferable.

Should you have to cancel your registration and another Consultant is listed on your hotel reservation, the hotel reservation can be transferred to that roommate. To submit the hotel transfer request, please e-mail convention2016@rodanandfields.com with your registration confirmation number and the registration confirmation number of the person you would like to transfer the hotel reservation to.

When transferring a hotel reservation, no new payment for the deposit will be accepted. All payments will be left on the original credit card used for the hotel deposit. Both parties are personally responsible for any exchange in payments. No exceptions will be made.

Rodan + Fields has negotiated discounted resort fees at all hotels. Resort fees will be required per room, per night. You must have a reservation within the R+F room block to be eligible to receive this discount.

MGM Grand: $17 plus tax per night; The MGM Grand resort fee includes complimentary high speed internet access, daily newspaper, complimentary access to the business center, unlimited local and toll free calls, and access to the Cardio room.

Signature at MGM Grand: $25 plus tax per night; The Signature at MGM Grand resort fee includes complimentary high speed internet access, two (2) bottles of water per day, local and 800 phone number phone calls, access to the Fitness Center, in-suite private label coffee, and valet parking.

Monte Carlo: $25 plus tax per night; The Monte Carlo resort fee includes complimentary wireless internet access, access to the Fitness Center, unlimited local and toll free calls, and limited copying and faxing at the Business Center.

New York-New York: $25 plus tax per night; The New York-New York resort fee includes complimentary wireless internet access, access to the Fitness Center, unlimited local and toll free calls, notary services, incoming and outgoing faxes, daily newspaper for pickup at the Essentials store and a 2 for 1 Roller Coaster pass.

Tropicana: $10 plus tax per night; The Tropicana resort fee includes complimentary wireless internet access, two bottles of Tropicana water, access to the Fitness Center, 2 for 1 show tickets to Laugh Factory (Sunday through Thursday), 2 for 1 cocktails at Biscayne from 5-8 pm, local calls, incoming and outgoing faxes.

Due to security reasons, R+F is not able to assist with finding roommates for Convention.

All R+F hotels are within walking distance to the MGM Grand Conference Center. There will not be shuttle service provided to the MGM Grand Conference Center.

Yes. The MGM Grand Conference Center has one parking structure, which is the main guest parking structure that can be accessed from Tropicana Avenue. Parking rates range from $3 - $15. The parking structure is open 24 hours a day.

You will have the option to select preferred training sessions to attend. Breakout Session enrollment is based on August achievement and will open to Level V+ Consultants on Tuesday, September 20 and to all other Consultants on Friday, September 23. Sessions will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests will be automatically enrolled in the breakout sessions selected by the primary Consultant registrant.

Click here to log in to your registration using your email address and confirmation number. Click Continue to proceed to the Breakout Session page where you can select your preferred sessions. Once you select your sessions, click Continue to the Registration Record page in order to save your session selections. After you have completed the breakout session enrollment process, you will receive a registration modification e-mail which provides the link to your registration record. From there, you can view your current registration information including the breakout sessions you are enrolled in.

If you have a registered guest, they will be automatically enrolled in the same breakout sessions you select. To request alternate sessions for your guest, please complete the breakout enrollment process and then use this link to request different sessions. We will accommodate changes to breakout sessions based on availability. All requests need to be completed by Friday, September 30, 2016 at 5:00 PM PT.

Once you complete the breakout session enrollment process, you will receive a registration modification e-mail which provides the link to your registration record. From there, you can view your current registration information including the breakout sessions you and your guest (if applicable) are enrolled in.

Reserved seating and a sign language interpreter will be available at select Breakout Sessions. Please visit the Breakout Session page to view which sessions will have interpreters available.
