Airport transfers It takes approximately 20 minutes by car to travel from the airport to the Adelaide Convention Centre. It’s easy to arrange a taxi from the airport, or alternatively, there are metro bus and shuttle bus services to most major hotels and the Adelaide Central Business District.

Climate Adelaide can be cool during May, with temperatures on average ranging from 10°C to 19°C. 

Insurance Please consider purchasing travel insurance prior to RACP Congress. We recommend you purchase travel insurance that covers non-refundable congress fees. Registration fees does not include insurance of any kind and the Royal Australasian College of Physicians will not accept liability.

Visas If you are travelling internationally to RACP Congress, please ensure you have six months validity on your passport from your departure date. Also check online to confirm whether you will need a visa. Once you have registered and paid for your registration via the online portal, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your selections for Congress. This confirmation email will satisfy visa application requirements and no further documentation should be necessary.
