Carbon Offsetting Policy
This year the PHA Conference will continue with the successful approach taken in 2011 to offset conference related carbon emissions. Last year’s conference achieved certification via Landcare Research’s carboNZeroTM programme.
The PHA document on the carbon offsetting policy is available here. This year the PHA has chosen Option B and a sum of $15 per delegate will be used towards funding NGO advocacy (outside of the PHA) on climate change issues.
