The National Housing Quality Award was inspired by the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA), which grew out of America’s desperate need to restore quality in the 1980’s. The core focus of both the NHQA and the MBNQA was and always will be – quality. The Construction Quality section of the NHQA is thus at the heart of the process and achieving the top level of quality is simply not possible without exceptional Supplier/Trade Relations.
