All cancellations must be received in writing. Prior to January 15, 2016, cancelled registrations will receive a full refund. Cancellations received between January 15-February 15 will receive a refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee. NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER FEBRUARY 15. No-shows will be charged the full cost of attendance. Substitutes are welcome any time.
