Exhibit and sponsorship opportunities are available for the Northwest Rural Health Conference on March 25-27, 2019 at the Hilton Hotel and Conference Center in SeaTac, WA.
In response to last year's comments about the exhibitor space, we have reduced the overall number of exhibitor spaces to allow for plenty of elbow room. The exhibit floor is now full. There is still an opportunity for you to participate in this event through the ala carte sponsorship options.
Exhibitor Set-up: March 25, 2:00-6:00 p.m.
Exhibition Hall Days: March 26-27 (Tuesday and Wednesday)
Reception in Exhibit Hall: Monday, March 25, 2019, 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Exhibitor Dismantle: Wednesday, March 27, 2019, 3:30-4:30 p.m.

The Northwest Rural Health Conference provides the single most targeted opportunity to reach the rural health community with your organization's message, products, services, and educational outreach efforts. We expect a regional audience of health care professionals, hospital and clinic administrators, rural Emergency Medical Service (EMS) agencies, rural home health and hospice teams, policy makers, state and local leaders, academics, researchers, and others to discuss issues, network, and disseminate information. Last year's conference attracted over 500 participants and exhibitors - breaking previous conference records.
