DISMANTLE AND MOVE-OUT INFORMATION
All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by Monday, August 15, 2016 at
5:00 PM.
To ensure all exhibitor materials are removed from the exhibit facility by the Exhibitor Move-Out
deadline, please have all carriers check-in by Monday, August 15, 2016 at 3:00 PM.

Raffle Prize

Our objective is to drive an engaged audience of Bakery Owners to your booth. To accomplish this goal, we developed a fun and interactive raffle which will create an exciting environment for everyone and encourage visits to your booth. To participate, list a prize to be given away. This can be gift certificates for your business to drive sales following the conference or an item of your choosing.

Please do not ship your raffle prize to Nothing Bundt Cakes or to Strategic Meeting Solutions. Instead, this year you will have the opportunity during the registration process to specify if you are bringing your raffle prize to the conference or if you will be shipping it to the winner. Winners will be directed to your booth to claim their prize.

Show Bag

Each attendee will receive a show bag. If you would like to provide a promotional item with your company logo in the show bag, please list the item. This is another great way to promote your products and services to the Nothing Bundt Cakes Network.
