GROUND TRANSPORTATION
  • Arrival Transportation:  The Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel is approximately 13 miles from the Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD). The estimated taxi fare is $35 one way.  Transportation to the hotel is on your own.
  • Departure Transportation: A shuttle will be available immediately following the meeting to the Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD). 
REIMBURSEMENT FOR NEUROSURGEONS
  • Upon submission of an expense report within seven (7) days upon completion of the one day course, attendees will be reimbursed up for:
    • One (1) night hotel accommodation at the hotel listed above 
    • Up to $400 for a coach airline ticket 
ATTIRE
  • Attire for meeting is business casual.
