GROUND TRANSPORTATION
  • A complimentary airport shuttle is available between the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) and the Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport. The hotel is approximately 8 minutes away from the airport and the shuttle is provided 24-hours day on a continuous basis; no reservations are required.
  • Arriving guests should call the hotel (602.273.7778 option 1) to receive directions to the specific pick up location outside baggage claim at each terminal.
REIMBURSEMENT FOR NEUROSURGEONS
  • Upon submission of an expense report within seven (7) days upon completion of the one day course, attendees will be reimbursed up for:
    • One (1) night hotel accommodation at the hotel listed above 
    • Up to $400 for a coach airline ticket

  • Attire for meeting is business casual.
