The two hotels where IFMA had rooms blocks are sold out. There are other hotels in the area. 

Busses will travel between the Residence Inn Dallas Plano, Courtyard Dallas Plano and Frito-Lay headquarters for the Conference. There is no parking at Frito-Lay. Please plan to use the shuttle from one of the hotels.

Shuttle schedule:

Tuesday, Aug. 13

·         Shuttles will run from the hotels to Frito-Lay from 12:30 pm to 6:30 pm.

·         Shuttles will run from Frito-Lay to the hotels until 7:00 pm.

Wednesday, Aug. 14

·         Shuttles will run from the hotels to Frito-Lay from 6:30 am to 10:00 am .

·         At the conclusion of the conference, shuttles will return to the hotels. There will be one shuttle going from Frito-Lay to the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport at 3:00 pm (capacity is 50 people).
