The Omni Shoreham is conveniently located near several transportation options:
- Ronald Reagan International Airport (DCA): 8 miles from the hotel with many transportation options.
- Dulles International Airport (IDA): 28 miles from the hotel with many transportation options.
- Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI): 45 miles from the hotel and often has cheaper flights. The airport connects to DC’s Union Station via Amtrak at all times and via the MARC train on weekdays.
- Amtrak - Union Station: 4 miles away and connected to the hotel via a quick cab or the DC Metro.
- Take the red line to the Woodley Park/Zoo stop
- Walk south on Connecticut Ave.
- Turn right on 24th St.
- Turn right on Calvert St. and the hotel is on the left side of the street

The Omni Shoreham is perfectly located in the Woodley Park area of DC, home to any type of cuisine you could want and not far from the nightlife of neighborhoods including Dupont Circle and Adams Morgan! The hotel is just steps away from the National Zoo and a short walk to must-see spots including the National Cathedral, the National Mall, and the monuments. Bring your walking shoes and camera!
