When planning the educational programming for INS 2016, the National Council on Education (NCOE) developed the following tracks based on feedback provided by previous convention attendees.

MONDAY: STANDARDS OF PRACTICE

The latest revision of the Infusion Therapy Standards of Practice has been released. Join members of the Standards of Practice Committee for discussion and insight into the process of revising this legally recognized, evidence-based document.

TUESDAY: HOSPICE AND PALLIATIVE CARE

Hospice and palliative care have experienced rapid growth in the last few decades. Sessions in this track explore changes, trends, and challenges for providing care and comfort to patients and their families using these programs.

WEDNESDAY: VASCULAR ACCESS

From selection of a central vascular access device to assessing the performance of the vascular access team, the sessions in this track provide information to monitor and manage patients, devices, and outcomes.
