NEW! One Day Live Streaming Event!

For the first time ever, ILCA will offer a one day live streaming event for those unable to attend the conference in person.

This exciting event will happen on Saturday, 25 July, 2015 and will include the opportunity to hear all of the exciting speakers for the day, including our ILCA President, Decalie Brown, as she shares exciting updates about the organization and our vision for the future. DON'T MISS OUR NEWLY EXPANDED Clinical Skills Rotations!

 

We are excited to once again offer our popular Clinical Skills Rotations. Participants will rotate between our skill stations in each two hour session. At each station, you will spend 25 minutes with an expert facilitator, who will provide a demonstration and support hands-on skill practice.

Clinical Skills Rotations are currently available for beginning practitioners (primary session). Those for seasoned consultants (advanced sessions) are now SOLD OUT. You may register to attend on either Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, depending upon the skill level you select. Expanding the offerings to three days doubles the number of participants who may take advantage of this popular offering!

Attendees are asked to register for only one Clinical Skill Rotation block  to allow sufficient room for others to participate. This is a popular feature of the ILCA conference so register early if you wish to participate!

TAKING THE EXAM THIS YEAR? 

Check out our Exam Strategies Workshop! Optimize your performance on the certification exam with tips on test taking, practice test questions along with clinical slides, games, and more! This special workshop will be presented by seasoned educators Jan Barger and Linda Kutner on the day after the conference. It is ideal for those who plan to take the IBLCE exam in July 2015. Select this option on the registration form.

Media Disclaimer: ILCA will photograph conference events. By registering or the conference, you grant ILCA permission to record, photograph, use and distribute (both now and in the future) your image, name and voice in all forms and all media pertaining to this conference.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: All conference refund requests must be submitted in writing and postmarked no later than 29 May 2015 or a full refund, less an US$80 processing fee. Cancellations postmarked between 30 May and 30 June, 2015 will be eligible to receive a 50 percent refund. All refunds will be processed after the completion of the conference. No refunds will be given or cancellations made after 1 July 2015.

Substitution Policy: Delegates may send a substitute in their place in lieu of requesting a refund upon prior notification to ILCA.

Special Circumstances: Refunds may be granted, at the sole discretion of ILCA, if a delegate is unable to attend the conference due to a family death, illness, or other extraordinary circumstance. ILCA must be notified immediately by letter or email. ILCA retains the right to request a death certificate, physician note or other information related to the decision. Any refund (minus the processing fee) will be issued as soon as possible and no later than our (4) weeks after the conference has concluded. ILCA is not responsible for events beyond our control such as weather conditions, flight cancellations, venue property conditions, or civil unrest. No refunds will be given in these situations.
