On Friday 30 October, in the morning all delegates will have the opportunity to join a guided visit behind the scenes to Athens Airport, who very kindly will host us and show us the air side operations and innovative services land side.

•       09:00 Departure from the hotel

•       10.00 Start of the tour

•       Media center - Check-in area - Sales desk - Crisis management center - Small control tower - baggage handling center guided by Airport Duty Officer and AIA IT expert

•       By bus airside visit then Control tower visit with supervisor

•       12.30 End of the visit.  Departures or bus back to hotel.
