As a reminder, Cap Cana is on Atlantic Standard Time which is the same time as Eastern Daylight Time! The Opening Session will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 26, 2018 in the Ocean Ballroom.

Passport Reminder
If you are a United States citizen, a valid passport is required for entry into the Dominican Republic. We recommend that you check the expiration date confirming your passport is valid through the duration of your trip plus ninety days and place it with your travel items so that it is not left behind.

Ground Transportation
Roundtrip transfers have been arranged for you based on the flight itinerary that was received. Our DMC partner, Connect Travel Services DMC, will provide transfers for you upon arrival at the Punta Cana International Airport.

Upon arrival at the airport, you will proceed to the immigration area where you will give officials your immigration form and they will verify your travel documents. Next you will collect your luggage and proceed to the customs area where you will exit to the outdoor area. Continue down the walkway to the end, past the taxi and timeshare drivers, where you will be met by Connect Travel Service Staff holding a Site Southeast Sign. They will direct you to the correct transfer and you will be on your way to the Resort!

Departures to the airport will be provided by our DMC partner, AMSTAR. Departure notices will be distributed Monday evening, August 27, 2018. If you have any questions or concerns, please stop by the Hospitality Desk located in the Sunshine Foyer daily between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Activities
As part of the Incentive Conference Experience, we are pleased to offer a selection of activities that our DMC partners Connect Travel Services and AMSTAR are hosting. Please note that all activities will depart from the Main Lobby of the resort. If you have not already registered for an activity, please do so at this time.

CSR School Supplies Request
SITE SE has a wonderful opportunity to support a local Dominican School in an impoverished area. They have requested supplies for children aged 4 – 16. Even if you are not signed up to participate in the activity, please consider packing a few items in your luggage (it will help you to create space for souvenirs) and we will take these supplies with the group that is participating. Supplies can be dropped off at the Hospitality Desk in the Sunshine Foyer.

Attire and Weather
The suggested attire is Business Casual for sessions and Upscale Resort for evening functions. We ask that bathing suits, cover ups and workout shorts not be worn during the education sessions. Please note that the ICE agenda includes both indoor and outdoor activities.

Sunday welcome reception: will be outdoors (weather permitting).
Monday afternoon: Activity recommended attire is listed under Activities
Monday evening: Reception & Dinner at Paradisus Palma Real. Upscale Resort evening attire suggested for SITE Night at the Paradisus – a great night to show your SITE SE spirit and wear red. This evening function will be indoor/outdoor (weather permitting).
Tuesday afternoon: Activity recommended attire is listed under Activities.
Tuesday evening: Incentive Conference Experience Celebration Dinner will be at Secrets Cap Cana and will be an indoor/outdoor function (weather permitting). ICE is the theme for the evening – plan to wear your blue.

Guest Policy
Please remember that guests must be fully registered ($100 per guest) if they would like to attend the evening events. If you wish to register your guest after you’ve arrived on site, you may pay by check or credit card, and your guest will then be issued a name badge, which is required for all functions. There isn't a discount for only attending certain functions. To add an additional guest before the conference, you can modify your registration record using your email address and reference number from your confirmation email and clicking here.

CIS Training
For those participating in the CIS training, you will receive information in a separate email regarding the training location, times and any other pertinent information. Please plan to bring your laptop as testing for the certification process will take place online.
