Entertainment
Candice and Midnight Groove

Candice Skjonnemand is a singer, songwriter and music producer from the Gold Coast, QLD, Australia.

Candice developed a love for music at a young age, singing within the family and church environment before joining the primary school choir. After receiving her first solo at the age of 10, she gained a love for centre stage and has never looked back.

Candice began writing her own original music at age 12 and was later signed under Publishing and Songwriting with Excalibur Productions and Multiplay Music Australia. The experience with Multiplay music saw her working with multiple producers within Australia and in Stockholm, Sweden with Warner Studios.

Candice spent the next 7 years focusing on the improvement of her song-writing and learning and understanding music production, while performing covers to maintain her relationship with the stage and audience.

After taking a year off to write and focus on improving her vocal strength and performance quality, Candice has auditioned for season 3 of ‘THE VOICE’ 2014, Australia, successfully completing the Blind Auditions to secure a place on Team Kylie.

Lets end the night by letting down our hair and dancing the night away, with some great vocals by Candice and her band Midnight Groove.
