Refund/Cancellation Policy:
An administration fee of $50 applies to all cancellations before October 14th, 2014. NO REFUNDS after October 14th. Cancellations within 10 days before the event must be on compassionate or medical grounds. No-shows will be charged full fees. A substitute delegate is welcome at no additional charge.
