Written notification is required for any cancellation or change to your Registration.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be made as follows:
Up to and including 29th of February 2016: Full refund less 25% administration fees.
Up to and including 29th of February 2016: Full refund less 25% administration fees.
After the 1st of March 2016 NO refund will be granted.
All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted.
Accreditation
The Congress will be accredited by the Cyprus Medical Association.
Certificate of Attendance
Certificates of Attendance will be provided to delegates on the condition that they will have attended at least 60% of the entire program duration. In order to pick up their Certificate of Attendance, delegates are requested to visit the Congress Secretariat on Sunday, 27th of March 2016 and hand in the completed Meeting Evaluation Form.
Badges
All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted.

Badges
All delegates will receive a name badge with a pre-printed barcode upon check in at the Congress Secretariat. Delegates are required to wear their badges at all times. Any Delagates not wearing their badge may be refused entrance to the Congress areas.
