Hotel reservations can be confirmed only after receipt of full payment.
Written notification is required for any cancellation or change to your Accommodation.
Refunds Policy
Refunds will be made as follows:
Up to and including 29th of February 2016: Full refund less 25% administration fees.

After the 1st of March 2016 NO refund will be granted.
All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted.
