Cancellation: Guestroom cancellations must occur 72 hours prior to arrival. If guest does not cancel their reservation 72 hours prior to arrival, the first room night’s fee and tax will be charged to the guest’s credit card.

Complimentary Health Club access is located on the lobby level, and open from 6 am -10 pm for swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna and steam room.

To receive packages at the hotel:
Guests are informed during check in if they have a package. The package can be delivered to the meeting space, hotel room or picked up at the front desk. Call Concierge (213) 624-1011 for additional information to be transferred to bellman.

To mail packages out of the hotel:
Attendees can use UPS or FEDEX, they come daily for pickups. If attendees do not have preprinted labels, they can be printed at the business center located in the lobby level, open 24 hours.

Travel Information

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

Taxis
Uber and Lyft services are available in Los Angeles.
A one-way taxi ride between the airport and hotel is approximately $40-$47 to the hotel. Expect the travel time to be about 20 min. Cab Stand is located outside of baggage claim.

Directions:
From LAX airport, past terminal 7, right lane to Sepulveda Blvd. to 105 East (Norwalk). Proceed to 110 North (Harbor Fwy). Exit 6th Street, 4 blocks to Olive Street, turn left. 1 block to 5th Street, turn left. 1 block to Grand Avenue, turn left and turn left (2nd driveway) into the hotel.

Hotel Parking
They offers only Valet Parking. Rates include in/out privileges for hotel guests. $45 per day.

The average weather in Los Angeles in November is a low of 54 degrees and a high of 75 degrees.

Attire
Meeting room temperatures can run hot and cold. It is strongly advised that attendees wear layers.
