The CLC Leadership Development Conference brings together emerging construction leaders from across the country in various construction sectors to network, learn and share. This year’s event will be co-hosted by AGC of California. The chapter worked hard to create a unique program with key take-a-ways on how to improve your performance in the industry.

This event is the only event of its kind for the construction industry. It is an opportunity to connect with fellow emerging leader construction professionals from across the country. The program this year is diverse, offering construction professionals the opportunity to develop their leadership skills along with information on CLC best practices and how to grow local CLC groups.

“The CLC has been instrumental in my personal and professional development over the last 20 years. While I don’t necessarily fit the demographic (our motto was “If you feel you fit in, then you do​” back in the day) I continue to learn from the group today.
