Is staying at the hotel required?
Staying at the hotel is not a requirement. As a result, hotel rooms are not subsidized and hotel rates are not guaranteed for this program. If you wish to stay overnight at the hotel, please contact the hotel directly at: 415.896.1600.

Will parking at the hotel be validated?
Parking validation will not be provided to conference participants. Parking onsite at the hotel is limited to valet parking only. Hotel parking costs including city tax is approximately $70.70 per day for a standard vehicle. Alternatively, public parking is also available nearby at the 5th and Mission Street Public Garage which has a maximum day parking rate of $34.00, http://www.fifthandmission.com/prices.htm 

Can I take BART?
Yes, BART is highly recommended for this prime San Francisco location as well as carpooling and other public transportation. Exit Powell Street BART station, 0.2 miles from the hotel. For more BART information visit www.bart.gov

What is the suggested attire?
Casual attire is suggested. Because temperatures can fluctuate in conference rooms and/or in San Francisco, layers may be helpful. 

Can I bring my family or guest?
Please note: the conference meals and program are designed for physicians and healthcare providers attending the conference. We ask that you do not bring family members or guests to the conference room(s) as we have limited space and accommodations for the programs' participants and expect to reach capacity.
