Mike Rayburn
Mike Rayburn is a two-time TED Talk Presenter, an innovative entrepreneur, and Hall of Fame speaker who uses world-class guitar and comedy to teach change and innovation to corporations world-wide. He has headlined Carnegie Hall, headlined in Las Vegas, and performed more than 5,000 presentations in 20 countries on five continents. Rayburn is a regular on Sirius/XM and morning radio nationwide. He has performed as guitarist with The Beach Boys and John Oates.
Rick Sapio
Rick Sapio is a life-long entrepreneur who started his first company, a bicycle repair business, when he was 13 years old; after the untimely death of his father from cancer. Since then, he has founded more than 20 companies. At the age of 30, Rick started an investment holding company, which has made more than 120 investments in the past 25 years, and which he still runs today.
He is the co-author, along with BNI Founder, Dr. Ivan Misner, of the best-selling book, Who’s In Your Room: The Secret to Creating Your Best Life.
In the 41 years since he started his first business, Rick has learned that business growth and success are accelerated when a few key principles are applied. When Rick realized that less than 1% of companies implement these skills, he created "The 12 Foundational Principles of Business”; which form the foundation of his Business Finishing School program. He believes that virtually any individual or company can be put on the straightforward path to prosperity and exponential growth, by learning to implement these principles.
Rick created and launched the term Catalyzing Statement™ in his TEDx Talk in Italy.
