This session is available for current Director Consultants (and Executive Directors that would like to attend), approved by their Executive Director. The session will include presentations by Director Consultants for feedback (on both topic and overall presentation), brainstorming on real case studies, interactive team exercises and advanced discussions on chapter management and leadership.
The Advanced Director Success Program will be facilitated by Tim Roberts, Shannon Lea Reynolds, Trey McAlister, Robin Schuckmann, and Vince Vigneri and is limited to the 100 participants.

Launching Chapters can be quick, painless, and fun. In this three-day session, learn how to facilitate the U.S. Phases Launch Program in a timely and effective manner. Discussions will include pitfalls and how to avoid them, how to get to the first 10 and scenarios for what to do when it doesn't go as planned.
Launch Director Orientation will be facilitated by Robin Schuckmann and Vince Vigneri.
