How to reach Hotel Internazionale
Hotel Internazionale is located on Via Indipendenza 60, just a short walk from the railway station and Piazza Maggiore. It is just 5 km from G. Marconi airport. Connections from the Airport are provided by the Aereobus BLQ every 15 minutes. The nearest bus stop is “Arena del sole”, in Via Indipendenza, less than 200 meters from the Hotel.

From the Airport to the Hotel Internazionale 
 
By taxi - it costs about 10/15 euros.
 
By  bus (BLQ Bus) - stop at the Central Station (final stop) then walk along Via Indipendenza, in front of the station (10 minutes approx)

Conference Language

The working language for the Conference is English and English will be used for all presentation and printed materials.

Electronics presentations

Two laptops, one running windows PC and one running MAC-OS will be available for the projections. Speakers are asked to bring their presentations, preferentially in .ppt or.pdf format and preferentially on a USB pen, to the chair of their session BEFORE the beginning of the session. Private laptops or slides/overhead transparencies will not be allowed.

Internet Service

Conference area is covered by wireless internet connection. Based on Italian regulation, an ID document will be required to get access to the wireless network.

Registration Desk

Conference secretariat will be open at the Hotel Meeting Area, every day from 15 June 2012 to 16 June 2012, from 08:15 to the end of the Sessions . Telephone messages can be delivered at the numbers +39 392 95 03 511. All messages will be posted on the message board close to the Conference desk. Participants may refer to this service for any communications with delegates.
