Show it off at the Technical Exhibition!
Maintaining a presence at exhibitions demonstrates reliability and strength of position in the competitive hydropower sector. Here is an opportunity to showcase your product/service range, meet new and existing customers and potential partners, discuss industry developments, check out the competition and see the latest innovations. The technical exhibition will run in parallel with the conference programme and spaces are available in the exhibition area adjacent to the main conference hall, where all refreshments and lunches will be served. The Exhibition Package
- One Exhibitor pass (additional exhibitors will incur a delegate fee)
- A 3m x 2m space allocation with a maximum height of 3m. N.B. THERE IS NO SHELL SCHEME. Please note that Exhibitors are not permitted to attach anything to the walls.
- A table, two chairs and access to a power socket
- Wifi access
- Delegate pack
- Access to all conference sessions, conference dinner, refreshments and lunches
- A listing with logo in the ‘Exhibitor Guide’
Exhibitor Fees:
Our intention is to provide a cost effective exhibition package and we are delighted to confirm that all 2014 fees have been held at the 2013 level!!

Exhibitor Notes
- No food and drink should be brought onto the premises without prior agreement.
- Build-up is from 19:00 to 21:00 on Monday 27th October and 07:00 to 08:30 on Tuesday 28th October. Breakdown permitted from 16:30 to 19:00 on Wednesday 29th October.
- All Exhibitors must provide a completed risk assessment for their exhibition equipment upon request.
- All electrical equipment must hold a current and valid PAT test certificate. Proof of combined inspection and electrical test may be required.
- The hotel has short-term access for delivering exhibition equipment and there is a public car park at the rear of the hotel. Limited parking may be available in the hotel car park (on a first-come, first-served basis).
- Deliveries will only be accepted (and held at your own risk) between Tuesday 21st and Monday 27th October during normal office hours – please label deliveries clearly with your Company name and send to The BHA Annual Conference (28/29 October), Thistle Hotel, Cambridge Street, Glasgow, G2 3HN (tel: 0871 376 9043). Returning goods must be labelled with the name of the courier and date of collection.
- Exhibitors are responsible for any damage caused to the venue and/or equipment belonging to the venue.
- Whilst on the premises, exhibition goods and packing materials must be insured at the expense and risk of the Exhibitor. Neither the Thistle Glasgow nor the BHA can accept any responsibility for damage, loss, theft, disappearance of or injury to anything or anybody due to any cause. The Exhibitor and any contractor under exhibitor employment are obliged to take out adequate insurance at their own cost against third party risks before the start of the exhibition.
