Logistical details
 

This is an invitation-only event. Invitations are non-transferable and include complimentary accommodation in Paris. Business casual attire is recommended for the conference and evening activities. Please note that availability is strictly limited, so we ask that you register early to secure your place.

Dell is pleased to offer all invited attendees to the Accelerating Understanding Summit 2016 the following complimentary package:
  • Accommodation at Pullman Centre Bercy Hotel in Paris overnight on Tuesday 31 May, including breakfast and all taxes*
  • All scheduled meals and refreshments as part of the Summit
  • Networking dinner
  • Transfers as described below

    * The cost of in-room extras and any additional nights of accommodation will be the responsibility of each guest.

Travel / Flights
  • All delegates should make their own travel arrangements to Paris. For air travellers, we recommend to fly to Paris Orly (ORY) which is very close to the venue (10 minutes drive), rather than PARIS Charles de Gaulle (CDG) which is 1h 15 minutes drive without traffic.  
  • Delegates should arrive at the Summit (Gustave Roussy) by 13:15 on Tuesday 31 May.
  • The conference finishes at 15:30 on Wednesday 1 June
  • Please use the registration form to communicate your travel details as early as possible so that we can arrange for grouped transports to the airport on Wednesday 1 June 
Transfers
  • Dell will provide all transfers between the hotel, dinner and Summit venues as part of the programme
  • We will also organise grouped transfers on departure between the Summit and the recommended airports
