Full conference / Student Registration
Includes all conference sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunches during the conference and one ticket to the Welcome Function / Wine Tasting.
One Day Registration
Includes all conference sessions for that day, morning and afternoon tea and lunch. It does NOT include entry to social events. Tickets to these events can be purchased separately on registration.
Pre-Conference Workshop ONLY
Registration includes all catered breaks. If you are attending ONLY the pre-conference workshop, select this option when you register online.
Pre-Conference Workshop and Conference
Registration includes all catered breaks. If you want to attend the pre-conference workshop AND the conference, select the full or day registration option when you register online. You will be asked to register for the pre-conference workshop during the registration process.
Funding Assistance
Applications for Funding Assistance have now closed.Limited sponsorship available to people with intellectual disabilities.
Are you a person with disabilities seeking financial assistance to register for the conference?
Thanks to the generosity of Te Pou, some assistance is available to meet costs for those with disabilities to participate in the conference. This is only available to New Zealand residents (apologies to Australians), and is limited. Priority will be given to cover registration costs.

Social Functions
Wine Tasting - SOLD OUT
Join in the ASID 2012 Welcome Function. This will be a chance to catch up with friends and colleagues from around Australasia. The welcome function will take place in the exhibition area where you will get to meet our wonderful sponsors. One ticket to the Welcome Function is included in the full conference registration fee. Additional tickets are available for purchase for $35.00.
Join us for a fabulous evening at the amazing Pencarrow Lodge. Pencarrow Lodge is located at the entrance to Wellington Harbour, looking out towards the South Island of New Zealand. It is a remote lodge settled at the end of a private road.
You will catch the ferry across Wellington harbour and then buses will transport you from Eastbourne out to Pencarrow Lodge. There will be a transport solution for all mobility needs.
The dinner is NOT included in your registration fee. Tickets are $95. Additional tickets can be purchased for you and your friends, family and colleagues. The conference dinner ticket includes transport, a meal, speaker and entertainment. Please note that there will be a limited bar tab and a cash bar will also be available. There are no eft-pos facilities at Pencarrow Lodge.
Registration Terms and Conditions
DELEGATE REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY: Should you cancel from the conference after payment has been received, a refund will be given, subject to a $100.00 administration fee, provided written notification is received prior to 5:00 pm Friday 5 October 2012. After this date refunds will only be made at the discretion of the organising committee. Substitutions will be accepted, but should be notified in writing to Paardekooper and Associates.
