Travel Information

Two Convenient Airport Options

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is centrally located between the cities of Dallas and Fort Worth—and can be reached non-stop from more than 170 destinations worldwide. DFW Airport services all the major airlines and is just a short 20-25 minute drive from our host hotel and conference site—the Hilton Anatole.

Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) offers service for Southwest Airlines and limited service for United and Delta Airlines—and the Hilton Anatole is only a quick 10 minute trip away. Be aware that as of October 2014, the Wright Amendment is no longer at Dallas Love Field Airport.  New direct routes will be available from the following destinations: Washington Reagan (DCA), Los Angeles (LAX), Chicago Midway (MDW), New York City/LaGuardia (LGA), Denver (DEN), Atlanta (ATL), Orlando (MCO), Baltimore (BWI), Las Vegas (LAS), San Diego (SAN), Orange County/Santa Ana (SNA),  Tampa (TPA), Ft. Lauderdale (FLL), Phoenix (PHX), Nashville (BNA).

Taxi Service
A one-way taxi ride between DFW and the Hilton Anatole is approximately $45-55 and is about 20-25.

A one-way taxi ride between DAL and the Hilton Anatole is approximately $25 and is about 10-15.

Shuttle Service
The Hilton Anatole does not have a free shuttle.  Average cost is $20.

Light Rail From DFW

The DART Light Rail Train's Orange Line will open at DFW Airport's Terminal A in fall 2014.  There is a stop at Market Center Station and partners can take a taxi from this station.

SUNDAY, APRIL 19 - Business casual for the day. This evening Associates and partner sponsors will attend the Awards Banquet and the dress will be dressy business attire.

MONDAY, APRIL 20 - Business attire with comfortable shoes for the day. This evening Associates and partner sponsors attend a dinner and dress is business attire or dresses.

TUESDAY, APRIL 21 - Business attire with comfortable shoes. There are not any CD planned events this evening. 

 WEDNESDAY, APRIL 22 - Business attire with comfortable shoes for the day.  This evening events for Associates and partner sponsors will be business attire.

THURSDAY, APRIL 23 - Golfers the clubs dress code is as follows, non-metal spikes only, collared shirt, proper length shorts required and no cutoffs, denim or gym shorts.
