About ConferenceDirect’s Annual Partner Meeting

ConferenceDirect has held its Annual Partner Meeting for the past sixteen years in an effort to connect our most valued Partners with our Associates in one convenient event. Partners attending APM2015 will have the opportunity to meet and conduct business with over 200+ qualified ConferenceDirect Associates under one roof. 

The elements of APM include an all Partner General Session, three days of reverse trade show, break-outs to assist you in developing more business from ConferenceDirect and more. Upon registering for the event, you will be asked to register for one of the three trade show days unless you opt to pay an additional fee to attend the trade show more than one day. 

Please review the agenda for areas pertinent to your particular organization. Many of the major hotel brands host events on certain days for our Associates coordinated by your corporate office. Based on these sponsored events, we “recommend” a trade show day for that particular organization to coincide with the corporate event. It is not necessary for you to attend on that recommended day, but simply a suggestion as our event staff tries to manage the flow of the trade show days so that one day is not overwhelmingly busy compared to another. 

There are break-outs for you to attend as well. You are welcome to select the break-outs that will have the most benefit to you. Should you change your plans between registration and the event, you are welcome to revisit our registration site online and update your preferences for break-outs. 

Finally, for the fourth year in a row, we will host the ConferenceDirect Annual APM Charity Golf Tournament. You may elect to participate in the golf tournament as a golfer or hole sponsor during the registration process. The golf event is held on Thursday, April 23, 2014 and is optional for both Associates and Partners.
