What nights are available at the discounted rate at the Swissotel Chicago Hotel?
The discounted rate for the Swissotel Chicago is available three days prior and three days post the 2014 Strata Decision Summit.

Who attends this conference?
The conference is designed for the benefit of healthcare executives working in positions with direct responsibility for financial and strategic planning and management in their organizations, along with a select group of healthcare industry experts. Attendees will be from healthcare organizations across the entire country.

Are there networking opportunities at this conference?
Attendees will be able to network with peers at conference sessions as well as at breaks, luncheons, and the conference reception.

What is your cancellation policy?
Due to limited space available, cancellation and full refund requests can only be honored until September 19, 2014. The request must be received via fax at 217-359-8688 or email to cmarkiewicz@stratadecision.com. After that date, refunds are subject to a $50 handling fee.

What is your policy on substituting attendees?
If you cannot attend, you may designate a substitute attendee from your organization. Requests for substitutions may be made no later than October 17, 2014. For further information, please contact Christie Markiewicz at 217-531-2604.

Is there a dress code for the conference?
Recommended dress for all meetings and social functions is business casual.
