The CPE/RCH Process

At the 2014 Exchange, earning Continuing Professional Education (CPE) and Recertification Credit Hours (RCH) are free and a snap. Simply attend the course of your choosing and instructions will be provided during the breakout session.

However, to give you a CPE/RCH course overview, here’s what you can expect during each session:

  • You will be required to sign in at the beginning of each session.

  • Should you exit the course for any reason prior to its completion, you will be required to sign out.

  • During the session, you will be asked to complete a short quiz demonstrating your proficiency and/or understanding of the presentation topic.

  • You will submit the quiz to the Comdata room attendant who will score your answers.

  • There is also a brief course survey to be completed at the end of the course.

  • You will receive your course certificate upon passing the quiz and completing the survey.
