RAC Benefits Plus Trip 2019

What to Expect

Passport

In order to attend and register for the trip, you must have a current passport or proof that you have applied for a passport. If you have a passport, make sure it is still valid! Note: If your passport expires within six months of your scheduled return date, you must renew your passport prior to your trip.

You can find more details on obtaining a passport on the Travel Page of this website.

Grand Hyatt Baha Mar

The Grand Hyatt Baha Mar is not an all-inclusive property and meals are not included with your stay. To offset the cost of dining, you will be provided a $700 credit to your room to use on property. This allowance is to be used at the hotel restaurants and not to be used for gambling, excursions or other expenses.

Remember to review all of the information provided on this website to help plan and budget accordingly. RAC and BMS want this to be a trip of a lifetime for you and your guest! The RAC Benefits Plus Hospitality team is here to help you. Contact us at (972) 661-6415 or info@racbenefitsplustrip.com.

Safety & Security

For safety and easy access, please pack your passport, travel documents, valuables, and medicines in your carry-on luggage. We recommend you leave valuable jewelry at home and use the hotel’s in-room safes for cash.

We recommend booking any offsite activities through the hotel concierge and using their transportation services. Your safety and security is our top priority and we ask that you take precaution when leaving the property during your stay.

Traveling with Children

The awarded trip is for the winner and one guest. If you intend to bring any dependent children, please contact RAC Benefits Plus Hospitality team. Contact us at (972) 661-6415 or info@racbenefitsplustrip.com. Also be sure to include their information in the comment section during registration. Please note any expenses related to bringing children to the Bahamas will be your financial responsibility.

Per the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar hotel policy, four people are allowed per room. Should your number of guests exceed the hotel policy, it will be required that you pay for an additional sleeping room. Each room must have at least one adult.
