Wednesday, May 15
Morning/Afternoon	Arrivals Welcome to the Bahamas! Upon arriving at the resort, please be sure to stop by the RAC Benefits Plus Hospitality Desk to pick up your Welcome Packet before heading to your room to relax.
6:00pm - 9:00pm	Welcome Reception Take in the beautiful views of Goodman Bay while you enjoy a private cocktail reception followed by a casual dinner. This is a mandatory event, please be prepared to attend with your guest. Location: Palm Lawn Attire: Casual dress – Shorts and collared shirt for gentlemen and skirts, shorts, or sundress for the ladies. Please no swimsuits. Tropically themed attire is encouraged but not required.

Morning/Afternoon	Departures Please follow the instructions listed on your Departure Notice, which you will receive in your Welcome Packet when you arrive at the resort. Transportation will be provided to the airport. Visit the Hospitality Desk if you have any questions about your return flight home.
