Lynne Barry, Director of Human Resources, Asia Pacific Accenture

Accenture's Lynne Barry, Director of Human Resources in Asia Pacific, will offer a pragmatic look at the human capital strategies employed internationally at Accenture. She will draw upon her 18-year tenure with Accenture where she has been responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources (HR) functions, such as Human Capital Strategy, end to end HR Service delivery, performance management and workforce management. Lynne will describe specific programs and strategies she has successfully implemented to address key talent challenges, including workforce changes, sourcing talent, and managing multigenerational workforces.

Edvarcl Heng is passionate about bites, bytes and the big, bad Web. As the Head of Social Media at MediaCom ASEAN based in Singapore, Edvarcl leads the social teams for P&G ASEAN, Kellogg JP/KR and Dell South Asia, where he innovates for brands such as Dell, Gillette, Olympics, Pampers, Pringles, Olay, Head & Shoulders and Pantene. He is an evangelist for social media and gamification, and a regular speaker on social media at regional conferences and forums.

Hino Lam, Head, Transportation Team, Goldman Sachs Investment Research


Prior to his current role heading up the Transportation Team for Goldman Sachs Investment Research, Lam was a Vice President at Bear Stearns specializing in equity research on the Oil & Gas sector. Lam earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and has over nine years of experience in equity research on the sell side.
He will focus his keynote presentation on the following topics:

Derek Sadubin, chief operating officer of CAPA - Centre for Aviation, will provide an assessment of the key issues affecting the global and regional airline industry.  He will specifically address fleet and route trends, including the likely impact of the flurry of new low-cost carrier activity in North Asia.  Mr. Sadubin is a regular speaker and commentator on industry events in the Asia Pacific region, where he represents CAPA, a leading provider of B2B aviation analysis, information and data, subscribed to by the world's leading aviation organisations.
