The Latino Real Estate and Advocacy Conference
The Latino Real Estate & Advocacy Conference is a three-day forum hosted by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. Every year, Hispanic real estate leaders come together with industry executives, government-appointed officials and housing thought leaders to discuss the real issues that challenge Latino homeowners and homebuyers and real estate practitioners. We are the leading voice of Hispanic Real Estate and the only forum of its kind dedicated to the state of Hispanic homeownership and the impact of the current market on everyday working Latino families.
In this election year, housing policy will be a key issue for presidential candidates and congressional representatives. Real solutions that protect and promote access to homeownership must be balanced with commonsense reforms. With Latinos poised to drive home sales in the near term, new ideas that bolster their access to homeownership will benefit the U.S. housing market and the nation's economy.
