SECURING AIR TRAVEL:
You are responsible for securing your own airline reservations and ground transportation to The Equinox Golf Resort & Spa.
The primary airport for this event is Albany International Airport (ALB), 60 miles from the resort.
SECURING AMTRAK TRAVEL: Rutland (AMTRAK) Approximately 30 miles away Albany- Rensselaer Train Station (AMTRAK) Approximately 55 miles away Reservations are required for coach travel on all trains that operate with overnight service (for both daytime and overnight travel) and on many shorter distance trains as well. Please make your reservations in advance for these reserved trains. Upon arriving in Manchester, transportation to the resort includes rental cars or van pick-ups for groups or individuals. Arrangements are easily arranged through the Equinox concierge. IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE: If you require assistance with air or AMTRAK reservations, BTI’s Travel Specialists can assist. You will be able to provide details during the registration process. You are responsible for all charges including the $27 transaction fee per airline ticket and $16 per AMTRAK ticket. |

GROUND TRANSPORTATION SERVICE:
The recommendation is to rent a car. The rental car companies are located at the airport: Budget, Enterprise, Hertz. The Equinox Resort recommends Premiere Limo Service for ground transportation to and from the airport or Amtrak station to the resort if you prefer car service instead. PARKING Valet parking services are included in the resort fee. Self-parking is complimentary. |

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
Kinney Drugs has negotiated a special rate for all attendees of the Southern Drug Store Association Annual Meeting.
Main Hotel - The average rate is $274 plus tax (Wednesday/Thursday rates are $189 and Friday/Saturday rates are $359).
Orvis Inn - The average rate is $474 plus tax (Wednesday/Thursday rates are $389 and Friday/Saturday rates are $559) The Orvis Inn is located on property at The Equinox, but not connected to the main hotel. We have a limited number of suites available at the Orvis Inn that will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. The Equinox charges a $30 resort fee, which will be covered by the conference. The resort fee includes: wireless Internet access in guest rooms, valet and self-parking, 24-hour access to the business center, use of Equinox Spa facilities – indoor heated pool, sauna, and steam, 24-hour access to the fitness room, unlimited use of putting green and tennis courts, unlimited local calls and incoming domestic faxes, individual shuttle service throughout Manchester, in-room bottled water, daily newspaper, and access to 855 preserve trails on Mount Equinox. If you would like to extend your stay before or after the conference, the Equinox will honor the conference rate, based on availability. You will be able to request your extended stay during the online registration process. Please do not contact the hotel directly regarding overnight accommodations. |

DRESS CODE:
Business casual will be the dress code for the entire meeting. Feel free to dress casually during the Wednesday evening reception/dinner and Friday afternoon activities except Golf participants. Golf participants should wear golf attire. A sports jacket is optional for the evening dinners for Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Business Casual Attire: Polo/Button Down Shirt, Khaki Pants, Dress Pants/ Skirts, Jacket Optional
Casual Attire: Jeans/Shorts are appropriate.
