Booking Your Flight

Step 1: Complete your registration
Click the "register now" button and complete your registration by Friday, May 18, 2018.

Step 2: Booking your flight
Within five business days of your completed registration, you will be contacted by ITA Group, an R+F Travel Ambassador, with flight schedules. Please note you may experience a longer turnaround time if you have requested an extension at the group hotel or made a special request. Travel Headquarters will be glad to assist you with your personal upgraded ticket support and options for a service of $100. This service fee is necessary due to the extensive amount of time required to research and confirm upgrade options. You may request a First Class or Business Class upgrade using Frequent Flyer miles or by paying with a credit card. Please contact PremierVTrip@rodanandfields.com to complete the upgrade process. Note: upgrade space is limited, subject to availability and a personal expense.

Step 3: Confirm your flight
You will have 24 hours from the time of receipt to accept or reject the proposed itinerary. Due to transportation departure times, all flights will need to arrive at the San Francisco International Airport (SFO) prior to 1:00 p.m. Your final flight itinerary must be confirmed by 5 p.m. PDT on Friday, May 18, 2018.

Ground Transportation

Arrival: Transportation will be provided from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) to the R+F Home Office and on to your respective hotel on Wednesday, July 18, 2018. Once your travel itineraries have been confirmed, final times and locations for pickup at the airport will be communicated. Upon arrival to SFO Airport, you will be transferred directly to the R+F Home Office to kick-off the Summer 2018 Premier V Trip. Transfers will be offered on each hour to your respective hotel from the Home Office. Our welcome events begin at 6:00 p.m. for both tracks.

Onsite: Transportation to and from all scheduled activities will be provided.

Departure: Transportation will be provided from the Palace Hotel, San Francisco to SFO for the Napa to San Francisco track and from the Meritage Resort Napa to SFO for the San Francisco to Napa track on Sunday, July 22, 2018. Transportation pick-up times will be communicated when your travel itineraries have been confirmed. An R+F transportation representative will be available at the Palace Hotel and Meritage lobbies if you have any questions regarding departure.

If your flight departs later than July 22, you will be responsible for your own transportation to the airport. We suggest allowing for one hour transportation time from the Palace Hotel to San Francisco International Airport and two and a half hours from the Meritage Resort to San Francisco International Airport. Please see below for transportation options and approximate costs from San Francisco to SFO:

Taxi: $60
Super Shuttle: $20
Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART): $7

Driving Options

If you are a local and do not require a flight to the event, there are several different driving options that you can select from within the registration form:

Option 1: Park at SFO

Drive to SFO long term parking on Wednesday, July 18 to join the group shuttle bus transportation to the R+F Home Office from 7:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. Return transportation to SFO will be arranged on Sunday, July 22 to retrieve your car. E-mail a copy of your airport parking and gas receipts to PremierVTrip@rodanandfields.com for reimbursement.
*This is the preferred option.

Option 2: Drop off in Napa or San Francisco

Plan to be dropped off by 2:00 PM if you would like to join in a Home Office tour, otherwise, please be prepared at the Home Office by 2:45 PM if you require a transfer to your respective arrival location. Your transportation will be arranged for the remainder of the week. Please arrange to be picked up on Sunday, July 22 from your departure location for your return home.

Option 3: Driving to Napa or San Francisco

If you choose to drive, hotel parking in Napa and San Francisco will be removed from your final bill.
