| No, you will have your own room at the Meritage Resort and Spa as well as the Palace Hotel, San Francisco, unless you register a guest. |
| Can a Consultant bring a Business Partner/Spouse to the Premier V Trip? |
| Business Partner/Spouse packages are based on availability. A guest may be a Spouse/Significant Other or Business Partner only and must be 21 years or older. A Spouse or Significant Other is defined as your marital or life partner. They may not be a fellow Consultant with a separate R+F Consultantship. Should your Spouse or Significant other have their own Consultant Account please submit an exception request to PremierVTrip@rodanandfields.com prior to the close of registration. Additional details will be communicated to qualifiers after the close of February 2018 Commission Period. |
| Who is considered a Business Partner? |
| A Business Partner, as defined in the Policies and Procedures, is the individual with whom you share your R+F “Business Entity.” The Business Partnership is an approved corporation, limited liability company, or partnership of any nature or trust. A Business Partner refers only to the Consultant noted on your shared Consultantship as approved by Rodan + Fields. A Business Partner does not refer to a fellow Rodan + Fields Consultant with their own Consultant Identification Number, a “power partner” or friend who does not meet the criteria of Spouse or Significant Other. |
| Are there any additional fees if a Consultant chooses to bring a Business Partner/Spouse? |
| Yes, a Business Partner/Spouse will be required to pay a fee to attend the event. The designated guest fee must be paid in full during registration. The guest fee for the Premier V Trip is $1,750. |
| What is the cancellation deadline for guest registration? |
| In order to receive a refund on your guest registration, you will need to cancel your guest's registration by June 18. After that date, you will not receive a refund. |
| I want to have my spouse stay with me but not pay to have her/him participate; is this possible? |
| The Spouse/Business Partner fee is designed to ensure both you and your partner experience the full value of attending the Premier V Trip, including once-in-a-lifetime activities and training designed to grow your businesses and foster your continued leadership. We strongly encourage your partner’s full participation by selecting the spouse upgrade package. Due to the limited number of spouse/partner packages available, we are only able to make this option available to partners who attend all activities and sessions. If you would like your partner to participate, please select the spouse upgrade. Transfers will only be offered to registered guests and their achiever. |
| How can I extend my hotel reservation(s) past the dates of the event? |
| If you plan to arrive earlier or depart later than the dates of the event, please complete your registration. We will contact the hotels for availability and will confirm whether your hotel reservation can be extended. Please note that Rodan + Fields will only cover the room costs for the duration of the trip, and any night(s) added on will be at your own expense. |
TRAVEL
| Should I book my own flight? |
| No, please complete the registration travel form. An R+F Travel Ambassador will contact you via e-mail within five business days to confirm your flight. Through this process, the cost of your flight will be compliments of Rodan + Fields. Any flights booked on your own, this includes tickets purchased with frequent flyer miles, are ineligible for reimbursement from R+F. |
| How do I book my flight? |

| Why do we need to land by 1:00 p.m.? |
| Flights will need to arrive at San Francisco International Airport (SFO) by 1:00 p.m. to transfer to the R+F Home Office to register and tour the Home Office on Wednesday, July 18, 2018. After the Home Office Experience, you will be transferred to your respective hotels. The transfer will be approximately an hour and a half to the Meritage Resort in Napa and fifteen minutes to the Palace Hotel and we’d like you to have time to settle into your room and refresh prior to the Welcome Reception at 6:00 p.m. |
| What happens if I confirm my flight after 5 p.m. Friday, May 18, 2018? |
| If your airfare is not confirmed by 5 p.m. PT on Friday, May 18, 2018, you will be responsible for the difference in cost between the estimated airfare on Friday, May 18, 2018, and the actual cost on the date booked. |
| I live in Hawaii; do I have to take a redeye? |
| Due to the time difference between Hawaii and California, and the need to arrive in Napa for a 5:30 p.m. event start on Wednesday, your proposed flight will be a redeye departing on the evening of Tuesday, July 17, 2018. Upon arrival at SFO on Thursday morning, you will be transported by shuttle to the R+F Home Office and on to Napa or San Francisco for an early check-in. If you elect to extend your trip with an early arrival date, a redeye flight is not necessary. |
| What time should I schedule my flight on Sunday? |
| Departures on Sunday are at your leisure, as there are no planned activities. |
| Is the cost of baggage included? |
| No, the cost of baggage is the responsibility of each individual Consultant. |
SHUTTLES
| How will I get from the airport to the Home Office then Meritage Resort and Spa or the Palace Hotel San Francisco on Wednesday? |
| Transportation will be provided via shuttle bus on Wednesday, July 18. A week prior to the trip, you’ll receive an e-mail with specific shuttle details and times. If your flight arrives earlier than July 18, you will be responsible for your own transportation to the hotel; however, please note if you choose to arrive prior to July 18, you will likely miss the Home Office Experience. If you would like to attend, transportation will be provided from the Meritage to the Home Office in San Francisco. Upon arrival, you will be transported to the R+F Home Office for registration and the Home Office Experience. Shuttles will depart from the Home Office to your respective hotels once every hour. We estimate 15 minutes transportation time to the Palace Hotel, San Francisco and an hour and a half to the Meritage Resort, Napa. |
| How will I know how to find my shuttle at the airport? |
| Upon arrival at SFO, please locate the baggage claim corresponding to your flight, even if you did not check a bag. There will be a transportation representative waiting for you with the Rodan + Fields Logo on a handheld sign. Please note, a week prior to the trip, you’ll receive an e-mail with specific shuttle details and times. |
| How will I get from the Meritage Resort and Spa or the Palace Hotel San Francisco to the airport on Sunday? |
| Transportation will be provided from the Meritage Resort Napa and the Palace Hotel San Francisco to SFO on Sunday, July 22, 2017. Transportation pick-up times will be communicated when your travel itineraries have been confirmed. An R+F transportation hospitality desk will be set up in the Meritage Resort Napa and Palace Hotel lobbies if you have any questions regarding departure. If your flight departs later than July 22, you will be responsible for your own transportation to the airport. We suggest allowing for one hour transportation time from the Palace Hotel San Francisco and two and a half hours from the Meritage Resort Napa to San Francisco International Airport. Please see below for transportation options and approximate costs: • Taxi service: Average cost is $60 including gratuity; a taxi can be hailed outside the Palace Hotel. • SuperShuttle: Average cost is $20 including gratuity; arrangements should be made 24-hours in advance from the palace Hotel. • Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART): Average cost is approximately $7. The Palace Hotel is a block away from the Montgomery St. BART station. The train ride takes approximately 45 minutes and stops inside the SFO airport. |

| What will I need to pay for during the trip? |
| All planned activities listed on the agenda and most meals will be covered by R+F. You will be responsible for any costs incurred during your free time as well as personal purchases and spa appointments. |
| What's the weather going to be like? |
| We expect mild temperatures in Napa and San Francisco during your visit; however, the weather in San Francisco can sometimes be very unpredictable. Please bring layers and be sure to check the weather before you pack. |
| What is the expected attire? |
| Most of our events are casual or casual chic; however, the Welcome Reception is casual cocktail attire and the Farewell Reception is cocktail attire. Please refer to the agenda by day for specific details. |
MISCELLANEOUS
| What does the Spouse upgrade include? |
Because we recognize the importance your spouse, partner or significant other has played in your business, he/she is welcome to attend and help celebrate your achievements. The Spouse/Partner fee of $1,750 includes:

| The upgrade fee does not include your spouse/partners flight or additional activities arranged during your free time. |
| The track I wanted is no longer available. Can I still register for that track? |
| Track selection was available on a first come, first serve basis and, unfortunately, we have reached capacity in that track. Please complete registration for the alternate track and we will inform you of any availability should we receive a cancellation. |
| I have a conflict; can I defer to the Fall 2018 Premier V Trip? |
| As per the Premier V Program Terms and Conditions trip deferment requests must be submitted in writing to Rodan + Fields via e-mail at PremierVTrip@rodanandfields.com. If the deferment is approved, it may only be applied to the subsequent Fall 2018 Premier V Trip. Airfare change costs associated with the deferment will be the responsibility of the Consultant. |
| Is there an age requirement for guest eligibility? |
| Trip guests must be 21 years of age or older. |
| Can I bring my infant on the Premier V trip? |
| All R+F hosted transportation and functions are for the Premier V Achiever and guest only (if applicable). Should you wish to bring additional guests at your discretion, you will be responsible for travel and accommodation reservations. R+F will arrange travel for you and your guest (if applicable), and you are welcome to contact the airline and hotel directly to mirror additional reservations if they are available. Please understand that we wish to protect the business nature of the trip and overall attendee experience, and we ask that you please help us to support that environment. |
| What is the policy for bringing children at my own expense (not as a guest)? |
| We do make exceptions for infants under the age of 12 months with approved waivers. We will offer transfers to and from the airport as well as to and from the winery (track location shift) and infants may attend the winery event. Please note, you must provide your own car seat for all ground transportation. |
