Hotel Reservations

• Discounted rates has been arranged at the Hyatt Regency Rochester, prices are as follows:

• Reservations must be made by May 1, 2018 to receive the discounted rate and are based on availability. After this date, reservations at the group rate will be accepted on a space available basis only.

• Reservations can be made by calling the hotel

• Please remember to cancel your hotel reservations in the event you must cancel your meeting registration to avoid penalty from the hotel and ensure rooms are available for other meeting registrants at the group rate.
