This degustation menu will feature premium product from Silver Fern Farms.
While dining and matching with locals beers guests will be joining a QUIZ team, with prizes and quirky farming questions this relaxed atmosphere may bring out some natural competitors.
Wednesday Breakfast: Caroline Bay Hall
7.30-8.15am Another chance to catch up with the Industry partners and friends over breakfast prior to the conference starting at 8.30am
Deer Industry Awards Dinner: Wednesday from 7.00pm
Pre dinner drinks and canapes will be served at Sopheze on the Bay (venue behind Caroline Bay Hall)
Followed by formal dinner at 7.30pm in Caroline Bay Hall.
A three course meal with the best of Alliance product plated to guests, matched with a selection of wines to enhance the dining experience.
Deer Industry awards will be presented throughout the evening.
Entertainment will be capped off with the new show from the Country bumpkin Amelia Dunbar & city slicker Emma Newborn, presenting their signature fast paced, multi-character, SONS OF BITCHES" show- get ready for fun and laughs.
