GENERAL INFORMATION
 
 

 

SECURING AIR TRAVEL:
KIT Attendees that will be flying are asked to make their flight arrangements through the Kaman Online booking tool as soon as possible to secure the best airfare and flight options. 

If you do not have a Concur login or a travel profile please contact kit.concurexpensereports@kaman.com to be added in Concur. Once your profile is completed you will be able to secure your travel online.

Suppliers who would like assistance from BTI Travel, to book their flight arrangements should indicate this and provide their preferences during registration. 
 
 
GROUND TRANSPORTATION SERVICE:
Once in Atlanta, we recommend the MARTA to get from the airport to the Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center. The cost is approximately $2.75 one way. Take the train North to the Five Points Station. Take the Westbound train 1 stop to CNN/GWCC Station. Take the escalator or elevator up and walk through the CNN building to the hotel entrance.  

Allow  2 - 2 1/2 hours upon departure via MARTA for departure flights. 
   
PARKING:
Omni Hotel Rates:
  • $28.50/day - Valet only
Continental Lot Rates: 
  • Before 8:30 am - $5.00/day
  • $10.00/day
College Football Hall of Fame
  • $5.00 for 21 minutes to an hour
  • $10.00 for up to 3 hours
  • $1.00 each additional hour
 
 
 
PRE/POST STAYS:
The Omni has agreed to provide the Kaman special rate to our guests for any pre or post stays subject to availability. The rate per night is $139.00 plus tax for single/double occupancy. You can request a pre/post stay when registering. BTI will confirm availability with the Omni within 2 business days. Please do not secure your airfare until you receive confirmation. You will be responsible for all pre/post charges incurred and required to provide a credit card at time of registering to guarantee stay, unless your pre/post stay has been approved by Kaman. Your credit card will not be charged in advance.

  
 
 
DRESS CODE: 
Dress code is business casual for the meeting. KIT Attendees are encouraged to wear KIT company logo attire during the events. Monday night we invite you to wear your favorite college football team jersey for the reception/dinner. "No Shorts - No Ties"

INTERNET ACCESS:
BTI has negotiated with the Omni Hotel to offer all Kaman guests complimentary guestroom internet during your stay.

WHAT TO EXPECT NEXT:
Please complete the registration process prior to July 20, 2017. A final email confirmation will be sent to you approximately two weeks prior to your departure. It will include your final hotel confirmation, agenda and any additional related items.
