This important annual event is the place where we convene key partners like you from across the industry and share business updates, expert insights on current and emerging topics, and collaborate on where and how to improve. Resource Expo (New!)

This new format is our unique take on a value-packed mini tradeshow, designed to be informal but energized, and autonomous but manageable. You’ll enjoy a laid-back lunch while you take in demos of our solutions, have one-on-one conversations with account managers, meet our product managers and analysts, ask your questions and get technical support. This interactive event is a showcase for our unique capabilities, and a platform for you to share your needs and challenges.

This year, you’ll find that the Forum is education-focused to make maximum use of your time. In a complex and ever-changing marketplace, our goal is to clearly deliver topics that are relevant to you in an engaging and interactive format.

Voice of the Customer Sessions

We believe in telling the whole truth. In fact, we call it The Full Story Told in Broad Daylight, and it’s a real-life behavior that we apply to our work every day. It’s in that spirit of candor and openness that we again open the floor up to you this year. We count on your ideas, questions, challenges and perspectives to understand what’s most important to you, and where we can make the most positive impact on your business and customers. For issues that we can’t answer or resolve on site, we take extensive notes and follow up in the weeks and months following the Forum.

From the Fairmont Washington, D.C., we’ll take a scenic ride to the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery, whose mission is “to tell the story of America by portraying the people who shape the nation’s history, development and culture.” Surrounded by captivating images of some of the nation’s most influential artists, political figures, scientists, innovators, activists and entertainers, we’ll share an unforgettable evening of celebrating, catching up and making new connections.
