Room Charges

All delegates will only be expected to pay for any mini Bar, internet, in room or other personal expenses incurred and these should be settled with hotel directly when checking out.

Meal Arrangements
  • Breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner are included on all conference dates. 
  • Breakfast will be at leisure at specified times. 
  • Some of the dinners will be held offsite. Transfers will be provided by coach for all delegates. All delegates are expected to attend.
Travel

We will be providing return flight to Queenstown and also airport transfers as necessary in Queenstown. Due to limited flight availability, we have block booked flights for your convenience. We have appointed an agency to assist you in making your travel arrangements to Queenstown. They will be in touch with you and book your flights on your behalf.

Dress Code

Conference:  Relaxed, smart casual. Please do not attend conference sessions in shorts or singlets.

For the evening functions the dress code will be as follows:

Tuesday Evening Dinner: Casual, comfortable attire
Wednesday Evening Gala Dinner: Casual, comfortable attaire
