Making a reservation is simple. Please call reservations on 0844 815 9024 and quote 'HBAA Annual Forum' to book your bedrooms. You will be required to guarantee your bedroom using a credit/debit card at the time of booking.

You will have up until 14:00 the day before your reservation to cancel. Any cancellations after this time will be chargeable.

Payment will be requested on arrival at the hotel during check-in.
