Event Fees and Terms

Forum Ticket

Members: £185.00 ex VAT

Charter Partners: £250.00 ex VAT

The Forum ticket includes full programme, refreshments, lunch and the evening dinner. If you have free places included in your membership you must have your free place code to hand when registering online.

Please note the ticket does not include overnight accommodation on Thursday 7th July.

Please bring £10.00 to participate in our fund-raising activity at the Dinner with all proceeds going to Brigade, our 2015-2017 charity partner.


  

Terms & Conditions

  • This is not a public event; open only to HBAA Members/Charter Partners, eligible sponsors and specifically invited guests.
  • Payment is made online by credit card for Forum tickets.
  • Cancellations prior to 12 noon on 30th June will incur no penalty.
  • Cancellations of Forum ticket(s) after 12 noon on 30th June will be charged in full/free places lost.
  • Any ticket amendments or substitutions after 12 noon on 30th June will incur a charge.
  • No changes or amendments allowed after 10.00 am on 4th July.
